Profile Summary
Rua Gold Inc., formerly First Uranium Resources Ltd., is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on gold exploration and discovery in New Zealand’s historic gold mining districts. The Company projects include Reefton Goldfield and Glamorgan Project. The Reefton Goldfield Project is located in the Buller Province of the South Island, New Zealand. The Project includes six main targets, which include Northern Area, Capleston Area, Murray Creek Area, Ajax Area, Crushington Area and Southern Area. The Reefton Goldfield has high-grade, structurally controlled ore shoots typical of orogenic gold deposits. The Glamorgan Project 3.8 kilometer (km) long zone with classic surface features of an epithermal gold-silver system. The 4,644-hectare Glamorgan Project includes the prospective Wires Ridge among several targets. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Reefton Gold Limited, owns the Reefton project.
