The Company is pleased to announce that it is posting to shareholders a notice
convening the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of RiverFort Global Opportunities
plc to be held at the offices of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (UK) LLP,
107 Cheapside, London EC2V at 10.30 am on Thursday 25 July 2024 (the "Notice")
together with the Report and Accounts for the year 31 December 2023 (the
"Report and Accounts")
