Essentially Group PLC (AQSE: ESSN), a leading health food company in the UAE
delivering high quality nutrition (wellness shots, functional juices,
lemonades, nut milks, single origin fruit juices and healthy snacks) to its
customers, is pleased to announce that MSP Corporate Services Limited has
been appointed as Company Secretary effective from today, succeeding
Mohammed Raouf.

The Company also announces that effective from today, its registered office
has changed to:
