Profile Summary
Rent.com.au Limited is an Australia-based company that owns and operates real estate Websites focusing on the rental property market. The primary Websites operated by the Company are www.rent.com.au and www.rentpay.com.au. The Company offers products and tools, including Renter Resume, RentBond, RentConnect, RentCheck, RentPay and Rent tools, created to simplify the renting process for renters, landlords and agents. RentCheck verifies tenant’s identity (ID) and uses government records and a rental check on the Equifax National Tenancy Database (NTD) including the Australian Government's Document Verification Service (DVS), to give property managers and landlords comfort that tenant’s rental application is trustworthy. RentBond is a rental bond loan. It is a way for tenants to pay their rental bond, two weeks' rent in advance, and any other moving costs, via a personal loan that is repaid over time. RentPay is a secure, portable payments and planning application, just for renters.
