Recruit Holdings Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in human resources (HR) technology business, matching & solutions business, and staffing business. The Company operates through three segments. The HR Technology segment provides job advertisements and recruitment solution services globally through online job matching platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor. The Matching & Solutions segment operates mainly in Japan and consists of the human resources field and sales promotion field. The human resources field provides support services for individual users' job search activities and corporate clients' recruitment activities. The sales promotion field operates a vertical matching platform for each business field that connects individual users with corporate clients, and software as a service (SaaS) for corporate clients. The Staffing segment provides temporary staffing services such as clerical staffing, manufacturing work and light work staffing, and professional staffing.
