Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Real Estate Investors Plc (AIM:RLE), the UK's only Midlands-focused Real
Estate Investment Trust (REIT), with a portfolio of commercial property across
all sectors, announces that it has today been notified that on 21 June 2024
Paul Bassi, the Company's Chief Executive, purchased 107,165 ordinary shares
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 36.25 pence per Ordinary
Share.

 

Following this purchase, Paul Bassi is now beneficially interested in a total
of 17,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.75% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.

 

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK
Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
