Profile Summary
QMines Limited is an Australia-based copper and gold development company. The Company owns rights to 100% of the Mt Chalmers (copper-gold) and Develin Creek (copper-zinc) projects, located within 90 kilometers (km) of Rockhampton in Queensland. The Company’s flagship project, Mt Chalmers, situated 17 km north-east of Rockhampton, consists of five exploration permits for minerals and covers approximately 334 square kilometers. The Mt Chalmers project hosts a high-grade historic mine. The Develin Creek Project is located approximately 90 km west of Rockhampton in Queensland. The project consists of two tenements, EPM 17604 and EPM 16749, for a total area of approximately 272 square kilometers. Mineralization styles in the main prospect areas include massive and banded sea-floor sulphide deposits; reworked, polymictic breccia deposits; distal, graded sedimentary sulphide deposits; massive, sub-seafloor replacement deposits and stringer zone quartz-sulphide vein deposits.
