Introduction of a Dividend Reinvestment Scheme

The Directors of Puma VCT 13 plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce that
further to the passing of the necessary resolutions at the annual general
meeting of the Company held on 13 August 2024, the Company has introduced a
dividend reinvestment scheme ("DRIS") whereby shareholders may elect to
reinvest the whole of any dividend they receive from the Company going forward
in new ordinary shares of £0.0005 each ("New Shares"). The DRIS is available
to all shareholders in respect of their entire shareholdings in the Company.

Depending on their personal circumstances, shareholders should be eligible for
the income and capital gains tax advantages available to shareholders in
venture capital trusts in respect of the New Shares subscribed for under the
DRIS.

To take part in the DRIS, a Form of Election, a copy of which is available
