Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Proton Motor Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), the designer, developer and
producer of fuel cells and fuel cell electric hybrid systems with a
zero-carbon footprint, announces that notice of the Company's Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy has been posted to shareholders and copies
are available on its website at www.proton-motor.com

The Company's AGM will be held on Friday 28 June 2024 at 9:00 a.m. BST /
10:00 a.m. CET at the offices of Proton Motor Fuel Cell GmbH, Benzstrasse 7,
82178 Puchheim, Germany.

 

Recognising that UK-based shareholders may not be able to attend the AGM in
person, the Company will provide access online via the Investor Meet Company
platform in order that shareholders are able to follow the proceedings of the
AGM remotely. However, please note that shareholders will not be able to vote
online at the AGM via the platform and are therefore requested to submit their
votes via proxy, as early as possible. Shareholders are invited to submit any
questions for the Board to consider. Questions can be pre submitted ahead of
the AGM via the Investor Meet Company Platform up until 9am the day before the
AGM or submitted at any time during the AGM itself.

Annual Report

 

The AGM notice contains a resolution to approve the Company's annual report
and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the "FY 2023 Accounts"). As
the FY 2023 Accounts have not yet been published, this resolution will not be
proposed at the AGM. The Company expects to announce its full year results and
publish the FY 2023 Accounts by no later than 21 June 2024. A separate general
meeting of the Company will be convened to approve the FY 2023 Accounts once
they have been published and a further announcement will be made in due
course.
