Profile Summary
Prospect Resources Limited is an Australia-based company, which is focused on the exploration and development of mining projects, such as battery and electrification metals in Zimbabwe and the broader sub-Saharan African region. Its projects include Kesya Rare Earths Project, Step Aside Lithium Project, Omaruru Lithium Project and Mumbezhi Copper Project. The Kesya Rare Earths Project comprises a single large-scale exploration license (LEL) application covering over 1,053 hectares and is located near the town of Kafue in southern Zambia, which is approximately 90 kilometers (km) via a sealed road from the Zambian capital, Lusaka. Its 90%-owned Step Aside Lithium Project is located within the Archaean Harare Greenstone Belt, approximately 35 km east of Zimbabwe's capital city Harare, with a single claim (ME19948BM) covering approximately 100 hectares. The Omaruru Lithium Project consists of EPL 5533 tenement, which is centered on the village of Wilhelmstal, east of Karibib in Namibia.
