Property for Industry Limited is a New Zealand-based property vehicle specializing in industrial property. The Company's principal activity is property investment and management in New Zealand. The Company's nationwide portfolio of 90 properties is leased to around 124 tenants. Its properties are located in Avondale, East Tamaki, Manukau, Mt Wellington, North Shore, Penrose, Other Auckland, North Island (outside Auckland) and South Island. The Company's properties include 15 Copsey Place, 32 Honan Place, 15 Jomac Place, 320 Rosebank Road, 17 Allens Road, 92-98 Harris Road, 36 Neales Road, 47a Dalgety Drive, 76 Carbine Road, 2-6 Niall Burgess Road and 47 Arrenway Drive. Its properties facilitate the manufacturing, production, distribution and warehousing of many of the key services that keep the industrial sector operating. These include last-mile e-commerce, food and beverage, freight, technology, automotive, storage and logistics, frozen goods, and horticulture and primary industries.
