The Company and its subsidiaries are involved in the operation of an oil and gas development business in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and an exploration and appraisal portfolio in Ireland and Morocco. It operates through the exploration, appraisal, and development of oil and gas assets segment. It has three geographical segments: Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean. It has three wholly owned subsidiaries: Predator Oil & Gas Trinidad Ltd, Predator Gas Ventures Ltd, and Predator Oil and Gas Ventures Ltd. Its portfolio consists of upstream exploration, appraisal, and development, and near-term producing assets onshore Morocco, offshore the Republic of Ireland, and onshore Trinidad.
