Result of AGM

 

Powerhouse Energy Group plc (AIM: PHE), a company pioneering integrated
technology that converts non-recyclable waste into low carbon energy, in
conjunction with its revenue generating engineering consulting division
(Engsolve), announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held
on 27 June 2024, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

 

All resolutions were decided on a poll.

The results of the votes are set out below:
