9 May 2024- Poolbeg Pharma (http://www.poolbegpharma.com/)  (AIM: POLB,
OTCQB: POLBF, 'Poolbeg' or the 'Company'), a biopharmaceutical company
focussed on the development and commercialisation of innovative medicines
targeting diseases with a high unmet medical need, confirms that the Company's
Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2023 and the
notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders today.
