Notice of General Meeting

Plant Health Care® (AIM.PHC.L), a leading provider of peptides used by
growers to improve crop production and quality within global agriculture
markets, announces that a Notice convening a General Meeting of Shareholders
(the "GM") has been mailed to shareholders and available on the Company's
website at www.planthealthcare.com.

The GM is to be held at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, One
Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL on 28 June 2024 at 9:30 a.m., immediately
prior to the Company's Annual General Meeting, and is being convened for
technical purposes to ensure that the directors are re-elected as required in
accordance with the Company's Articles of Association.
