Plant Health Care® (AIM.PHC.L), a leading provider of peptides used by
growers to improve crop production and quality within global agriculture
markets, is pleased to announce that its Notice convening the Company's Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") has been mailed to shareholders and available on the

The AGM is to be held at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Limited,
One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL on 28 June 2024 at 10am.
