Profile Summary
Pearl Diver Credit Company, Inc. is an externally managed, non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Company is formed with the investment objective of maximizing its portfolio’s total return, with a secondary objective of generating high current income. The Company invests primarily in equity and junior debt tranches of collateralized loan obligation (CLOs) notes, where underlying corporate debt is primarily senior secured floating-rate debt, issued by United States companies across several industry sectors. It may also invest in other securities and instruments that are related to these investments or that the adviser believes are consistent with its investment objectives, including, senior debt tranches of CLOs and CLO warehouse first loss investments. Pearl Diver Capital LLP is the adviser of the Company.
