Pathfinder Minerals PLC (AIM:PFP), an AIM Rule 15 cash shell, is pleased to
announce that its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy
has been posted to shareholders today and copies are available on its website
at www.pathfinderminerals.com (http://www.pathfinderminerals.com) .

 

The Company's AGM will be held on Friday 28 June 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the
offices of Fasken Martineau LLP, 6(th) Floor, 100 Liverpool Street, London,
