On 11/04/2025, the Company announces the purchase of 100,000 Ordinary Shares
at a price of 541.82p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.

 

Following the transaction there will be 3,435,388 shares held in Treasury.

 

The shares in issue less the total number of shares in Treasury are
