The Company wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Michael Goh Seng Kim, as a non-executive director of the company, with effect from 19 October 2023.

 

Mr Michael has been the non-executive director of the company since 2022 and
the Board wish to record their appreciation for his significant contribution
