Result of Annual General Meeting

 

Onward Opportunities announces the results of its Annual General Meeting
("AGM") held at 12:30 p.m. on 10 June 2024. Resolutions 1-8 inclusive were
duly passed by way of a poll.

 

The full results of the AGM were as follows:
