Olive Resource Capital Inc. is a Canada-based resource-focused merchant bank and investment company. The Company is focused on investment opportunities in the junior resource sector. The Company manages a portfolio of three core investee companies, providing the Company with precious and base metal pre-production exposure, as well as pre-production exposure to the United States agricultural sector. Its investments are split into three portfolios: Merchant Banking, Quantitative and Hedging. Its portfolio consists of public equities, private equities, debt, convertible debt and warrants. The Company’s portfolio includes Rockcliff Metals, Black Sheep Income Corp., Nevada Zinc Corp. and Guided Therapeutics Inc. The Company’s subsidiary is Norvista Capital General Partner I Ltd.
