Orbit Group Limited appoints two customer non-executive directors to its Group
Board

Orbit Group Limited (the "Group") has announced the appointment of Maxwell
Doku and Sayo Ogundayo, both Orbit customers, as non-executive directors to
its Group Board.
The appointments aim to ensure the customer is at the heart of all strategic
decision making, as Orbit looks to deliver on its ambition to provide amongst
the best customer experience of any housing association in the country.
Commenting on the appointments, Chair of Orbit Group, Stephen Jack, said:

Maxwell Doku is finance business partner at the Nursing and Midwifery Council,
one of the UK's leading healthcare regulators. Prior to that he held finance
roles at the Hospital of St John and Elizabeth, London, and Olam
International, and was previously a Resident Board Member at Barnet Homes Ltd,
and a member of the Housing and Contract Monitoring and Scrutiny Committee at
London Borough of Barnet.
Sayo Ogundayo has extensive cross-industry experience in technology, sales,
and client relationship management with organisations such as Amazon Web
Services, Atos IT Services and Worldline. He is also a school governor and a
founding coach at Tangent, a venture capital-backed start-up in the technology
recruitment sector. Prior to this, Sayo was an advisory board member of Cotta,
a technology start-up in the creative industries.
Maxwell and Sayo join the Board with immediate effect. In addition, Stephen
Howlett, will step down as non-executive director from the Group Board
following a six-year tenure.
Orbit Group Chief Executive, Phil Andrew added: "Stephen's experience in the
