Response to media speculation

The Company notes recent Brazilian media speculation regarding the potential
sale of its 57% owned subsidiary, Wilson Sons S.A. ("Wilson Sons").

The Company confirms that it is in discussions with I Squared Capital Advisers
(US) LLC ("I Squared") to explore the terms of a potential transaction for the
acquisition by I Squared and/or its affiliates of the Company's interest in
Wilson Sons.

There can be no certainty that a transaction will be entered into, nor as to
the terms of any such transaction.
