Profile Summary
Nuvau Minerals Inc. is a Canadian metal exploration company focused on the Abitibi Region of mine-friendly Quebec. The Company's principal asset is the Matagami Property that is host to significant existing processing infrastructure and multiple mineral deposits. The exploration potential of the Matagami property is substantial, with over 1,300 square kilometers (km2) of highly prospective ground in a region renowned for its base and precious metal deposits. The main Nuvau mineral holdings consists of 1,845 mineral claims, which holds all past producing mines and all known undeveloped mineral deposits. The property lies along the Sunday Lake deformation zone, east of major current and past mining operations, such as the Detour Gold Mine, Casa Berardi Mine, and Selbaie Mine. The Company is also focused on exploring critical minerals, mainly zinc and copper, with multiple highly prospective exploration targets across the property.
