(EURONEXT GROWTH: ALNOV; AIM: NCYT), an international molecular diagnostics
company with a broad portfolio of integrated technologies and services,
announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts ("Annual Report") for
the year ended 31 December 2023 has been published and uploaded to the
Company's website. The Annual Report will be posted to all shareholders that
hold ordinary shares through CREST Depository Interests (CDIs).
