Notice of General Meeting

Proposed amendments to the Directors' Remuneration Policy

 

Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) ("Nostrum", or "the Company"), an
independent mixed-asset energy company with world-class gas processing
facilities and export hub in north-west Kazakhstan, today announces that it
has published and sent to shareholders a Notice of General Meeting. A hard
copy of the Notice will be sent to shareholders who have requested to receive
them.  The directors will propose at the General Meeting a shareholder
resolution approving certain amendments to the Company's Directors'
Remuneration Policy.

 

The General Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. (BST) on 11 July 2024 at
the offices of White & Case LLP at 5 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N
1DW.

 

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Notice of General Meeting has
been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be
available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism website
at www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism
