Norcros announces that the Company has been notified of the following
sharedealings for Stefan Allanson, Non-Executive Director.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market
Abuse Regulation ("MAR"), provides further details.

The dealings are the purchase by Mr Allanson on 18 June 2024 of 11,305 10p
ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 210 pence per Share.
