The Board of NTBCL is pleased to announce changes to the composition of the Board. The Company has appointed Mr. Ajai Mathur as Managing Director of the Company, and Mr. Harish Mathur, Executive Director and CEO of the Company, has resigned with immediate effect.
Mr. Ajai Mathur (aged 58) is currently Managing Director and CEO of Urban Mass Transit Company Ltd, which he joined in 2008, and Chief Executive of Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Ltd. He served as Chief Operating Officer of NTBCL from August 2000 to February 2008. He previously held the position of Head of Business Development, India for Voith Hydro GmbH & Co. KG.
