Notice of results and investor presentation

 

Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic, software
and physical security systems, announces that the Company's final results for
the year ended 30 April 2024 ("FY 2024") will be announced on 10 September
2024.

 

Marie-Claire Dwek (CEO) and Paul Campbell White (CFO) will provide a live
presentation relating to the FY 2024 results via Investor Meet Company
on 10 September 2024 at 11:00am BST.

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
