Notice of AGM and Annual Report & Accounts

NetScientific Plc (AIM: NSCI), the deep tech and life sciences VC investment
group, announces that in accordance with AIM Rules 20 and 26 the Group's
Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 and Notice of
Annual General Meeting have been sent to shareholders on 17 June 2024, and are
available on the Company's website in the Investor Relations section at:

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 10 July 2024 at 10:00
a.m. at Panmure Gordon, Ropemaker Place, Level 12, 25 Ropemaker Street, London
