Update on QuiaPEG Transaction

 

Net Zero Infrastructure Plc, a special purpose acquisition company formed with
the intention to acquire renewable or clean energy technology companies and to
finance, develop and promote those environmentally sound projects
internationally, is pleased to announce it has now completed its
third-party independent valuation of the intellectual property assets of
QuiaPEG Pharmaceuticals AB and the assets are estimated to be worth around
£30m, following the announcement made on 16 February 2024.

 

QuiaPeg is a drug development company based on a patented drug delivery
platform, Uni-Qleaver®, and the company develops improved and patentable
forms of drugs under development or already approved by regulatory
authorities. QuiaPEG's shares are admitted on trading on Nasdaq First North
Growth Market.

 

Work will continue on the prospectus and finalising the license agreement so
the transaction can be completed in the coming months.
