The Company, through its subsidiaries, owns and operates a network of retail pharmacies known as Rubicon Pharmacies (Rubicon or Rubicon Pharmacies. The Company owns and operates approximately 287 locations across seven provinces and one territory, a coast-to-coast footprint that provides scale and diversification. The Company’s pharmacies provide accessible healthcare with a personal touch. The Company also owns British Columbia-based pharmacies.
