Profile Summary
Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. owns interest in Navios South American Logistics Inc. (Navios Logistics) and Navios Maritime Partners L.P. (Navios Partners). Navios Logistics is an infrastructure and logistics company in the Hidrovia region of South America. Navios Logistics operates with three reportable segments: the Port Terminal Business, the Cabotage Business, and the Barge Business. Port Terminal Business owns three port storage and transfer facilities: a grain port terminal; an iron ore port terminal, and liquid port terminal. Cabotage Business owns and operates ocean-going vessels. Barge Business operates different types of push boats and wet and dry barges. Navios Partners is an international owner and operator of dry cargo and tanker vessels and is engaged in the seaborne transportation services of a wide range of liquid and dry cargo commodities. Navios Partners transports various types of commodities, including crude oil, refined petroleum, chemicals, iron ore, and coal.
