Profile Summary
Vega Mining Inc., formerly Soldi Ventures Inc., is a Canada-based junior exploration company. The Company focuses on developing and discovering gold and graphite deposits. The Company holds interest in a portfolio of properties, which include Nagagami East, Vega Star 1 and 2, and Sheslay Property. Its Nagagami East property contains around 16 mineral claims totaling approximately 256 hectares, located approximately 63 kilometers northwest of the town of Hearst, in northeastern Ontario. The Company's Vega Star 1 and 2 properties are located in the Stikine District that includes the Galore Creek, Schaft Creek, Red Chris and Kutcho copper deposits that collectively have approximately eight metric tons copper, 15 metric ounce gold and 148.5 metric ounce silver in measured and indicated resources. The Company's Sheslay Property is located in the Sheslay Valley, Northwestern British Columbia, covering an area of approximately 2,567 hectares.
