In accordance with 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules of the UK Financial Conduct
Authority, Tony Wood, Non-executive Director, will join the Board of Chemring
Group plc as an independent non-executive director and Chairman designate
effective as of 1 October 2024, becoming Chairman from 1 December 2024.
