The following final terms have been approved by the Financial Conduct
Authority and are available for viewing:

Final Terms in relation to the National Grid North America Inc. issues of (i)
EUR 700,000,000 3.631 per cent. Senior Green Instruments due 3 September 2031
and (ii) EUR 800,000,000 4.061 per cent. Senior Green Instruments due 3
September 2036, each under the National Grid North America Inc. Euro
8,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme
