Naked Wines plc confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held on
Monday, 30 September 2024, at 4.00pm (UK time) at the offices of Fladgate LLP,

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 1 April 2024 and the Notice
of Annual General Meeting have now been posted to shareholders and copies are
