Director/PDMR Shareholding and notification of transaction by a person closely
associated ("PCA") with a person discharging managerial responsibilities
("PDMR")

N Brown Group plc (the "Company") has been notified of two transactions which
took place on 15 July 2024 whereby:

·    Joshua Alliance (Non-Executive Director of N Brown Group plc)
purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 11 1/9 pence each in the Company.

·    Lady Homa Alliance (PCA of PDMR Lord David Alliance) purchased
1,000,000 ordinary shares of 11 1/9 pence each in the Company.
