Mullen Automotive Inc. is a technology and automotive company that is building and delivering commercial trucks with two vehicle plants located in Tunica, Mississippi, and Mishawaka, Indiana. Its segments include Bollinger Motors and Mullen Commercial. It operates a portfolio in the Commercial EV truck market with vehicles ranging from Class 1 to 6. Bollinger segment includes medium duty truck classes 4-6, along with the sport utility and pickup trucks electric vehicles (EVs) segments. Mullen Commercial segment engineers and builds Class 1 and Class 3 electric vehicles. Its commercial portfolio of vehicles includes Mullen Class 1 Cargo Van, Mullen Class 3, Bollinger B4 Chassis Cab, and Mullen I-GO. Its commercial dealer network includes Pape Kenworth, Pritchard EV, National Auto Fleet Group, Ziegler Truck Group, Range Truck Group, Eco Auto, and Randy Marion Auto Group, providing sales and service coverage in West Coast, Midwest, Pacific Northwest, New England and Mid-Atlantic markets.
