Mullen Group Ltd. is a logistics provider. The Company’s segments include Less-Than-Truckload, Logistics & Warehousing, Specialized & Industrial Services and U.S. & International Logistics. The Less-than-truckload segment delivers small packages, parcels and pallets of all types of freight. The Logistics & Warehousing segment offers specialized trucking, warehousing, intermodal, transload, warehousing and fulfillment centers that handle e-commerce transactions, and full truckload. The Specialized & Industrial Services segment provides services including water management, environmental reclamation, turnaround and industrial maintenance, services that support the drilling of wells, well servicing and fluid hauling, along with transportation and logistics services for complex pipeline and industrial projects. The U.S. & International Logistics segment provides services through a combination of professional representatives and a network of independently owned and managed Station Agents.
