Monrif SpA is an Italy-based company primarily engaged in the publishing sector. The Company publishes four daily newspapers, including QN Quotidiano Nazionale, Il Resto del Carlino, La Nazione and Il Giorno; two monthly magazines, including Cavallo Magazine & Lo Sperone and Dossier, and a weekly journal, L’Enigmistica. In addition, it is active in the publishing of news on the Internet. Monrif SpA is also involved in the provision of printing services to third parties. The Company’s advertising agency operates through nationwide branches and local agencies. Monrif SpA also manages a chain of hotels under the brand name Monrif Hotels. Additionally, through its subsidiary, the Company is involved in the real estate sector. The Company holds stakes in wholly-owned subsidiary, EGA Emiliana Grandi Alberghi Srl.
