 Annual General Meeting Results

 

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc is pleased to announce that all of the
resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held today, 20 May 2024,
were approved by Shareholders.

 

Proxy votes were received in respect of 4,537,564 Ordinary Shares,
representing 2.79 % of the issued share capital as at 16 May 2024.
