Profile Summary
Mitsides PCL, formerly Mitsides Public Company Ltd is a Cyprus-based company engaged in the production and sale of flour milling products and by-products, pasta products, pasta sauces, tomato products, and the import and trading of wheat, grains, and raw materials for the baking and confectionary industries. It offers six ranges of products: pasta, including a range of long and short pastas, filled pasta, nests, and special pasta such as cannelloni and penne; flour, including whole meal flour, self raising, plain and village flour, and semolina; frozen products, including frozen filled pasta and meals; pasta sauces; tomato products such as chopped peeled tomatoes, chopped peeled tomatoes with onion and tomato paste. The Company sells its products locally and also exports its flour and pasta products abroad. Its main subsidiary is Blue Azul Investments Ltd. In May 2010, the Company acquired the Serbia-based Zitopromet Bratstvo Ltd and renamed it into Mitsides Point A.D.
