Profile Summary
Mila Resources PLC is a United Kingdom-based post-discovery exploration accelerator. The Company is focused on the exploration and expansion of the Kathleen Valley Gold Project in Western Australia. In addition, the Company is engaged in identifying potential companies, businesses or assets for acquisition, acting as a post-discovery accelerator. Kathleen Valley is located in the Wiluna-Norseman gold belt in Western Australia, a tier one mining jurisdiction which is among the gold regions in Australia and home to a number of mining operations, including the adjacent, high-grade Bellevue Gold Project, which exhibits similar geological characteristics to Kathleen Valley, with gold-silver mineralization occurring within the same Mt Goode Basalt sequence. The Kathleen Valley Gold Project consists of a single exploration license, E36/876, covering an area of approximately 7.25 square kilometers, approximately 30 kilometers north of the town of Leinster.
