Microware Group Limited is an investment holding company. The principal activity of the company is principally engaged in the provision of information technology (IT) infrastructure solutions services and information technology managed services in Hong Kong. The Company runs its business via two segments. IT Infrastructure Solutions Services which usually entail assessment of our clients’ needs and existing IT infrastructure, design of solutions and integration of the hardware and software procured from a number of manufacturers or authorised distributors. IT Managed Services contain warranty services in addition to the original warranty when the clients consider the original warranty is insufficient, as well as maintenance and support services after expiration of warranty.
