Publication of

Annual Report & Accounts

 

Microsaic Systems plc (AIM: MSYS), the developer of micro-electronic
instruments and provider of integrated analytical water testing solutions,
provides an update on the expected publication date of its annual report and
accounts for the year to 31 December 2023 (the "FY23 Accounts").

 

The FY23 Accounts will not be ready to be published by the close of business
on 28 June 2024, being the effective deadline for publication under the AIM
Rules for Companies. Consequently, the Company's shares are expected to be
suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 07.30 a.m. on 1 July 2024,
pending publication of the FY23 Accounts.

 

The Company is working diligently to support the completion of its audit and
expects to publish its FY23 Accounts by the end of July 2024. A further
announcement will be made in due course.
