Result of AGM

 

Microlise Group plc (AIM: SAAS), a leading provider of SaaS based transport
technology solutions to fleet operators, is pleased to announce that at the
Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 22 May 2024, all resolutions
were duly passed.

 

The full text of all the resolutions can be found in the 'AGM Notice &
Resolutions', a copy of which is available on the Company's website. The full
