Metemtur Otelcilik ve Turizm Isletmeleri AS is involved in a construction project called Fugayaz Gundogan Evleri, which entails the construction of 76 residential houses in Bodrum. In addition, the Company has been renting Fuga Fine Times Holiday Village Resort to Buyukhanli Kardesler Turizm Yatirim Insaat ve Ticaret AS since 2003, and established a spa center in Istanbul in 2008. Metemtur Otelcilik ve Turizm Isletmeleri AS has a liaison office in Istanbul. It is part of Metemteks Group.
