Profile Summary
Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited is an international subsea and offshore drilling services company for oil and gas companies or their contractors. The Company is engaged in providing inspection, repair and maintenance service (IRM), transportation and installation (T&I) and cable laying service. It provides full turnkey services to oil and gas majors operating offshore through its diversified portfolio of subsea vessels, specialized diving equipment and remotely operated vehicles. The offshore services segment is the main operating business of the Company. Its subsea services include inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM), infrastructure installation support, remotely operated vehicle (ROV) support, and cable and flexible pipe laying. It provides offshore survey, positioning, and subsea inspection solutions to suit any project requirement. The Company serves customers across Southeast Asia, India, China, the Mediterranean, West Africa, the Middle East and the North Sea.
